This blog has been created to help anyone who has been defrauded by the Advanced Health Scan Scam. This page containes any information gathered about the founders of this lovely scam including Dan Caterino, Tom Joyner, Paul Levey, Patricia Lyons and any others involved in this scam. This site contains factual evidence against this company including court records against the company and its founders. Any information that any others can provide would be gratefully accepted.
This company, if one could call it that, is a fraud that was perpetuated from what I believed several other corporations that these people held including a company by the name of Lifeline and another by the name of HeartScan. Basically it is the same premises, a scanning principle in the health industry. All three companies include the same four persons. That would be Daniel Caterino, Tom Joyner, Paul Levey and Patricia Lyons.
In this age of Internet, many things are hard to hide for the public if they are willing to do abit of searching. If any of this characters think that any of the folowing evidence is disparaging or deformation of character, let me just say that they must have character to begin with. And on an end note, Advanced Health Scan is going to court in October for Breach of Contract with The Realty Associates Fund VI, LP. Also Mr. Tom Joyner is now located in Nevada and claims that he has no contact with Advanced Health Scan.
